Payment

All prices are in euros and include 21% value added tax. The price shown on the product page corresponds to the configuration selected at that moment.

The available payment methods are shown at the checkout step before you confirm.

For made-to-order items, a deposit is required to confirm the order. Its amount and the deadline for the balance are stated in the order confirmation.

Production

The lead time depends on the model and configuration. It is stated on the product page and confirmed in the order confirmation; it starts when the deposit is received.

If the lead time changes, we contact you as soon as we know and offer either a new delivery date or cancellation with a full refund of everything paid.

Delivery

Delivery costs depend on the address and the size of the order. They are calculated during checkout and shown before payment — once confirmed, they do not change.

We agree the delivery date and time window with you in advance. Please make sure the premises are accessible and there is enough room to bring the item in; tell us in advance about obstacles we could not know about (a narrow stairwell, no lift).

On delivery, check the condition of the packaging and the item. Report visible damage at the time of delivery or within 24 hours with photos — that lets us agree on a solution quickly.

Errors in price or availability

If a technical error causes a price or availability to be shown incorrectly, we inform you before fulfilling the order and offer either to confirm it at the correct price or to cancel it with a full refund.
